Chefs David Feola and Scott Calhoun’s modern approach to the lost art of nose-to-tail and root-to-leaf peasant cuisine is perfectly suited to a dinner on the farm. Minimizing waste and maximizing flavor, David and Scott will create a one-of-a-kind meal using Plowshare meats and veggies at the peak of freshness, as well ingredients from the farm that they have preserved throughout the season

Events are held rain or shine. While dinner and drinks can be enjoyed under cover, there is a short walk to the barn from the parking area. Please dress accordingly, and wear shoes sturdy enough for a walk around the farm.
